When selecting a suit, think versatility. Most guys have the staples – navy & black. They wear them all the time. I’m not discounting the importance of a go-to work suit or your favorite black suit for weddings and formal occasions (I will stress the importance of this in a future blog post). I’m referring to your next suit. Your third and fourth suit. At this time, you can think outside the box a little.
Add value to your wardrobe with a suit jacket that also looks great with a pair of jeans and a shirt. Or a pair of slacks that you can team up with a fun shirt or maybe a navy blazer for a more low-key yet still stylish look. And just because you can, step up and add a vest. It will put the finishing touch on your new suit or best of all, you can sport it with a shirt (sleeves rolled up) and a pair of jeans or the matching slacks. Now get to it. You’ll thank me later.
